BOARD COMPOSITION
Our bylaws prescribe that the Board of Directors shall consist of no less than 9 or more than 15 Directors:
“There shall be three categories of Directors, each consisting of four Directors, or as close to one third of the total Board as possible. The three categories shall be “Lessee Representatives,” representing Lessee Member, “General Representatives,” representing General Members, and “Public Representatives,” representing the interests of the general public. It shall be the goal of this corporation that one third of its Board of Directors be representative of low income interests.”
